Explanatory Notes for the Finance Bill 2017 published

The Government has published updated explanatory notes on resolutions contained in the second 2017 Finance Bill, which will legislate policies that have already been announced. The document gives a brief explanation of the clauses that were previously omitted in order for the Bill to receive Royal Assent prior to the general election.
